Yes, we offer both in-person and online therapy sessions to accommodate your schedule and preferences.

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know you and understand your concerns. During this time, you’ll discuss your goals for therapy, and together, we’ll create a plan tailored to your needs. This session also allows you to ask any questions and share what you’re comfortable with.

A typical session goes for 1 hour or 2 hours if it is couple or family therapy.

Currently, we do not accept insurance, but we offer flexible payment plans to make our services accessible. We can provide receipts if you wish to submit claims to your insurance provider independently.
